What types of apartments are available?

Apartments Jadranka Rogoznica have three apartments with two rooms, one room with double bed and one room with two single beds. We also have one studio apartment with single double bed.

Check-in and checking-out schedule?

Checking-in is from 13-14pm, and check-out is scheduled until 10:00. If you are traveling earlier, you can arrange the keys' handover directly with the hosts, or you can leave the key inside the place.

How to make a reservation?

If you decide to make a reservation, use the book form and make reservation. When we see your book reservation, we will respond within an hour to give you additional bank details to pay 30% of the total price in advance. The remaining amount should be paid on arrival day.

What types of payment are accepted?

Advance payment can be paid via bank transfer. The remaining amount can be paid by cash (Euro).

What if I have to cancel my reservation?

If the reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before arrival, you will get a refund in the amount of 80% of the advance payment. If the reservation is cancelled between 59 and 0 days before arrival, there is no refund.

What should I do when I arrive to my accommodation?

You are obliged to present your identification documents to your host. The host has to register you to the official Croatian Tourist Agency. To make it easy for everyone, prepare the identification and payment before arrival and immediately resolve your obligations.

Do you have parking spot?

There is 4 parking spots. Every apartment has one parking spot for regular car. If you came with bigger vehicle like camper or truck which use wider space than regular parking spot we can't promise you parking spot, since every apartment has one parking space.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

Smoking in apartments is strictly prohibited. If you do smoke in your apartment, extra cleaning costs will be charged.

Are pets allowed in the apartment?

No, pets are not allowed.

How far is center Rogoznica?

Supermarkets, pharmacy and, restaurants are in the center Rogoznica which is located 3000m away.

What is included in aparments?

Every apartment has bed linen, kitchen towels and toilet towels as well as kitchen utilities.

Do you have a barbecue?

In our place we have outdoor grill available which can be used from our apartments guests. if you decide to use the grill, make sure to leave grill space clean after using.

Deck chairs

Deck chairs are available for using. At the end of the day return them on their spot.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

We have two Wi-Fi routers in our place which they cover whole house.

Garbage

Garbage is collecting two times on week, Monday and Thursday early. Evening before, put the garbage in green can on the parking space.

Air-conditioning

We found that for our geography location is the best to use Dry function mode (three drops on remote). Feels like cooling mode but the dry function will lower the humidity, and is most convenient during summer times in the year when it’s very humid.

Who to contact in case of any problems?

112 is the common emergency telephone number that can be dialed free of charge from any fixed or mobile telephone in order to reach emergency services (ambulance, fire and rescue, police).
